Return & Refund Policy

At Undecided Printing, every order is custom-made specifically for our customers. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, embroidery, DTF transfers, and promotional products, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products. If a mistake is made on our end, we will gladly reprint the affected items at no additional cost.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs, artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and placement before production begins. Once approval has been given, Undecided Printing is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to production. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed, materials purchased, or other associated costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the approved order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for custom products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom printed apparel

• Embroidered products

• Custom DTF transfers

• Personalized promotional items

• Special-order merchandise

• Clearance or final sale items

Shipping

Undecided Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an incorrect address is provided.
